A fine blend of modern Vietnamese and local cuisine in Tokyo
The new branch of the super popular Gaienmae modern Vietnamese store "Ăn Đi". The restaurant uses organic Japanese ingredients in Vietnamese menus to create food with the unique essence of "Ăn Đi" to be enjoyed in a relaxed setting. You can also enjoy a new food experience by pairing shochu and wine with sake.
At Ăn Cơm, I want to cook signature Vietnamese recipies with seasonal organic foods from Japan, thus creating a new take on Vietnamese cuisine. I also want it to be a place where you can discover the various pairings of Vietnamese Cuisine with different spirits, centered around Japanese sake. With THE RESTAURANT being a place where so many different tastes come together, it will be a wonderful place, and I'm looking forward to hold events that a single restaurant could not do alone.
